• Payment at registration

We require payment at registration in order to secure your space at the workshop. If you are unable to pay directly, due to your organisations requirements then please indicate that you wish an invoice to be sent.

  • Payment by invoice

We require payment by the due date on the invoice and your assistance in this matter is appreciated.  Your participation in the workshop is not confirmed until payment has been made. For any outstanding accounts, we reserve the right to charge an additional $20 administration fee.

  • Workshop Withdrawals and Non Attendances:

If for some reason you are no longer able to attend you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person (please let us know asap, so that we can amend our records accordingly) or to another workshop that we are offering within 12 months of the workshop you are unable to attend.  This may mean attendance in another location.  If a replacement isn’t possible or isn’t scheduled in the next 12 months, then we will provide you with a refund (less a 10% administration fee), if you have given us at least 8 working days notice of this prior to the workshop date.  For any transfer with less than 8 working days notice, then additional resource and catering charges may apply.

Any less than 4 working days notice of withdrawal and we will only be able to provide a 50% refund of your registration fee.  No refunds are available for cancellations in the final 24 hours prior to a workshop or for un-notified non-attendance on the day, with the exception of an extenuating emergency.  With the exception of an extenuating emergency anyone registered, who withdrawals in the 24 hours prior to the training event, and on the day of the workshop, and who have not yet paid will still be required to pay the full balance of the account as per the conditions outlined.

  • Training Postponement and Cancellation:

In the event that the workshop does not go ahead we will offer a full refund on your registration fee, or a credit on a future workshop run by us.

As our workshops are experiential and practice based, we require a minimum of 12 participants, and a maximum of 20 to make the training event viable.   We reserve the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel an event where there is less than 12 registrations received 12 days prior to the training event.  Where there are more than 20 registrations we will create a waitlist, and may schedule an additional workshop if demand requires.

If your registration requires approval from your organisation or manager, please advise us at the time of registration.  You will be put on a waitlist for attendance until payment and attendance approval is confirmed.
