Ethical Practice in Supervision (encouraging morally just practice)
This workshop will consider how to maintain an ethical and professional stance and engage in ethical conversations within supervision practice. Topics covered include:
- Locating principles, practice and ethics in supervision
- Understanding our ethical responsibilities in supervision
- Supporting the development of the morally active practitioner
- Recognising tools that assist with ethical decision making in supervision
Opportunities will be given to practice using visual and creative tools to support ethical decision making and discussions.
Who is this workshop for?
Anyone who is interested in developing their frameworks for ethical practice and who wishes to use their supervision to explore ethical decision making.
