As I sit at my computer on this first official day of Autumn, I wonder where the summer months have gone. And as I catch up on administration on this sunny and blue sky day of Autumn I feel the pull to be outside rather than inside. And yet I will persist with the admin pieces, as I know this will help me next week and also help me feel better about the work ahead. Most of us did not come into our work to do administration or paperwork, mostly we wanted to walk alongside people in our various roles and be WITH people. And yet administration is a necessary ev……
But what if I don’t see the administration as the word I was about to use? What if I can embrace this piece of the work too? What if I can see it as the part of the work that allows me ‘the bliss’?
