(DEVELOPING COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIPS)
This workshop considers how we go about building collaborative partnerships with our clients and how we work alongside them to assess their needs, aspirations and goals. It considers the values, principles, skills and strategies that support us to develop joint assessments and client centred and facilitated action plans. The workshop utilises a collaborative and strengths-based assessment scaling and planning tool designed by The Project Team as a resource to assist in assessing and planning with clients.
Who is the workshop for?
This workshop is for all workers who undertake assessment, planning and or/case management and who have an interest in enhancing collaborative working partnerships in their work.
Cost:
This 1-day workshop costs $195 inc GST / per person (including materials and catering) for Palmerston North.
