Working effectively in supervision
This workshop will provide opportunities to consider the way we develop, maintain and sustain collaborative supervision relationships and will include:
- Contracting and relationship building
- Making supervision agreements that work including 3-way agreements
- How to work with different supervision dynamics including the context in which supervision occurs, previous experiences of supervision, developmental stages and learning styles
- Review and evaluation in supervision including giving and receiving feedback
Who is this workshop for?
Any supervisee and/or supervisor who want to consider how to work effectively in supervision. It is applicable for those working across health, education, welfare, justice and the voluntary sector.
