Strength-based leadership and management is based upon the same principles as strengths-based practice; namely that all people, communities and organisation have strengths, skills and resources that can be harnessed to overcome any challenges that are faced.  This workshop will provide tools, skills and strategies to uncover and explicitly notice these strengths and consider ways of growing, leading and developing teams within this philosophy.  An understanding of strengths-based approaches would assist participation in this workshop.
